Caridon young Living Ltd was founded in 2019.
We provide support to over 55 children and young people across Surrey, Sutton, and Croydon, offering more than just a place to stay - our homes are built for living, learning, and thriving.
Every home features stylish communal spaces, cozy bedrooms with study desks, and thoughtful extras like flat-screen TVs, game consoles, gym equipment, and iPads to make life a little brighter.

What we provide

Safe Spaces, Happy Faces
At Caridon Young Living, safety and support are our top priorities. All our homes are Ofsted-registered and run by a dedicated team, including a Responsible Individual, Registered Managers, Team Leaders, and qualified Keyworkers and support staff.
Our staff isn’t just skilled - they’re passionate about helping young people succeed, with ongoing training and development to keep our care top-notch.
At Caridon Young Living we recognise that our staff are the backbone of the organisation and we are
committed to investing in their development and training to ensure that they are able and motivated to provide high quality care and support to our children.
We have a robust recruitment and selection processes which follows all relevant statutory guidance concerning the employment of persons working with children.
